We ship orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. Delivery to Cairo usually arrives within 5–7 working days depending on the courier. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon your package ships.
If your jars arrive damaged or you'd like to exchange them, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Open your package carefully and inspect the jars immediately. If there's damage, take clear photos of the item and packaging, then email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Our wooden lids are untreated natural wood, suitable for dry goods storage like spices, herbs, and tea. They're not designed for wet foods or liquids. Clean them with a dry cloth.
